October Meeting Update!

So, what did CAPA members, dressed as the cast of the Wizard of Oz, have to do with the October meeting? Well, CAPA is responsible for recruiting Colony Club members who will walk in the Ocean City Halloween Parade on Thursday, October 29! So, Mary Rodgers enticed our members with costumes as the CAPA members—Denise—the Lion, Ursula—Glinda, Elaine—Flying Monkey, Sandy—the Wicked Witch,  Joanne—the Tin Man, and Barbara—Dorothy—provided a preview of all the fun everyone will surely have supporting this community event!

21711497468_3fd77e5208_zAfter the invitation to join in the Halloween Parade, minutes were read & approved, reports were given and we heard from Sandy and Bonnie—Ways and Means—on the success of and FUN had by all at the Spaghetti Dinner & Elvis Show! Nicollette spoke of how change can be beneficial and brings the opportunity to build new relationships, to learn and to do new and different things.
